Water damages in the National Library's reading rooms
There has been water damages in the National Library's North and South Halls due to the breakdown of the heating radiators. Therefore, repair work will be carried out in the reading rooms. We apologize the inconvenience caused by this work in advance.

Fortunately, materials have not been damaged. The schedule for the repair works will probably become clear during January. The work begins in the North Hall on Tuesday 16th January. In the South Hall, the repair work is likely to begin in January.
The area of the repair work will be demarcated and covered. Both reading rooms can be used during the work, but noise will follow, especially the drying of the floors. Unfortunately, this can take some time.
When the repair work will start in the South Hall, there will be appointed working places in the Library's other premises.
