- Mon 9 am – 6 pm (self-service 9–10 am and 5–6 pm)

- Thu 9 am – 6 pm (self-service 9–10 am and 5–6 pm)

Customer service hours
Customer service is open on weekdays at four service points.
Rotunda
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 10 am – 5 pm, Wed 10 am – 8 pm.
Special Collections Reading Room
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 10 am – 5 pm, Wed 10 am – 8 pm.
Slavonic library
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 10 am – 5 pm, Wed 10 am – 8 pm.
North Hall
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 1–3 pm, Wed 1–3 pm and 5–8 pm.
In addition, assistance can be requested from Rotunda service desk from 10 am to 12 pm.
Self-service hours
Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9–10 am and 5–6 pm, Wed 9–10 am.
There is no customer service during self-service hours, and the Special Collections Reading Room is not open.
Legal Deposit Office hours

Opening Hours 1 June to 31 August 2023

Information desks in Rotunda, the Special Collections Reading Room and the Slavonic Library are open from 10 am to 5 pm. The information desk in the North Hall is open from 1 pm to 3 pm. Assistance can be requested from Rotunda service desk from 10 am to 12 pm. Holiday Closures
The National Library has planned closures due to public holidays and library events. The library normally closes early the day before a holiday closure.
Thu 6 April 2023 Holy Thursday
Library closes at 4 pm.
