Respond to the survey to influence the development of the National Library's nationwide services. We hope to receive answers from people working in different positions. No restrictions are placed on the number of respondents from a single organisation.

The National Library provides nationwide services to university libraries, public libraries, libraries of universities of applied sciences and special libraries, archives, museums and public administration organisations.

In this survey, which is now open, we ask you to evaluate the services provided by the National Library. You can choose the service or services whose questions you wish to answer from among the following: FinELib, Finna, Finto, Finto AI / AnnifRepository Services, National Bibliography, Koha and Melinda. We hope to receive a large number of responses from as many different perspectives as possible. This survey can be taken by several people from the same organisation.

The survey takes an average 8 minutes to answer. The response time depends on the number of services you respond to. The survey is secure, and no personal contact information is collected in it. The survey is carried out by WitMill Oy on behalf of the National Library.

Repository Services
The National Library provides customer organisations with a centrally maintained repository service, which enables the storage, cataloguing and publication of digital material. Service despcription of the Repository Services.

The Finnish National Bibliography
The Finnish National Bibliography is responsible for the metadata of Finnish publications and related cataloguing items as part of the national and international cataloguing ecosystem. Service description of Fennica – Finnish National Bibliography.

Koha
The Koha service provides and develops an open-source library system for use by higher education and special libraries and coordinates the purchase of the necessary server platform. Service description of Koha Services.

Melinda
Melinda is a national collaborative environment for cataloguing and a metadata repository that compiles the descriptive metadata of library materials in a single location for everyone to use. Service description of Melinda.
