The Encyclopedia of Slavic Languages and Linguistics Online (Brill) will be available for trial in the University of Helsinki network and for on-site users at the Library from 1 to 30 September 2020. The articles in the encyclopedia examine the development of Slavic languages and their interaction with other languages. The recently published work is as yet unfinished: it will grow by one hundred articles a year between 2020 and 2023, ultimately comprising about 400 articles in all once it has been completed. The work has been edited by Marc L. Greenberg (University of Kansas) and Lenore A. Grenoble (University of Chicago).
